Eligibility Criteria
Nationality:
- Indian citizens, subjects of Nepal/Bhutan, Tibetan refugees (arrived before 1 Jan 1962), or persons of Indian origin from select countries5.

- Maximum: 30 years
- Age relaxation: SC/ST (5 years), OBC (3 years), PwBD (10 years), Ex-Servicemen (5 years), persons affected by 1984 riots (5 years)45.
Educational Qualifications:
- Assistant Manager (Credit):
- Graduate in any discipline
- AND CA/CS/CMA (ICWA) OR full-time 2-year MBA/MMS/PGDM/PGDBM in Finance with at least 60% marks (55% for reserved categories).
- Desirable: Experience in BFSI sector.
- Assistant Manager (IT):
- Full-time B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc./M.Tech in Computer Science/IT/Data Science/AI/Cyber Security or related fields
- Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience in IT domain
- Desirable: Certifications in AWS, CCNA, CEH, Python, Machine Learning, etc.
