Tally Prime: How to Select a Company
(Notes in English)
1. When you need to select a company:
If you have created more than one company in Tally Prime, you need to select the company you want to work with from the available list.
2. Steps to Select a Company:

Step 1: Start Tally Prime.
Open the Tally Prime software on your computer. -
Step 2: Use the Company Selection Menu.
On the Gateway of Tally, press F3 (or use Alt+K, then Alt+F3 for the Select Company menu). -
Step 3: Open the List of Companies.
The “Select Company” screen will display a list of all companies that exist in your data path. -
Step 4: Select the Desired Company.
Use the arrow keys or mouse to highlight the company you want to work on and press Enter. -
Step 5: Company Loads for Use.
The selected company is now open. You can start doing transactions, entries, or reports in this company.
Tips:

You can select multiple companies to work with at the same time.

For quick switching, just repeat the steps to select a different company at any time.

To set a company to open by default at startup, go to Settings > Startup > Load companies on startup.
Tally Prime में कंपनी कैसे सेलेक्ट करें

1. कंपनी सिलेक्ट कब करें:
अगर आपने Tally Prime में एक से अधिक कंपनियाँ बनाई हैं, तो आपको जिस कंपनी में काम करना है, उसे सिलेक्ट करना जरूरी है।
2. कंपनी सिलेक्ट करने के स्टेप्स:

स्टेप 1: Tally Prime ओपन करें।
अपने कंप्यूटर में Tally Prime सॉफ्टवेयर खोलें। -
स्टेप 2: कंपनी सिलेक्शन मेन्यू पर जाएँ।
Gateway of Tally पर F3 दबाएँ (या Alt+K फिर Alt+F3 भी दबा सकते हैं)। -
स्टेप 3: कंपनी की लिस्ट ओपन करें।
“Select Company” स्क्रीन में आपकी सभी बनाई गई कंपनियों की लिस्ट आ जाएगी। -
स्टेप 4: पसंदीदा कंपनी सिलेक्ट करें।
जिस कंपनी में आपको काम करना है, उस पर एरो की या माउस से जाएँ और Enter दबाएँ। -
स्टेप 5: कंपनी खुल जायेगी।
अब वही कंपनी Tally Prime में ओपन हो जाएगी, जिसमें आप वाउचर एंट्री, लेज़र आदि कर सकते हैं।
टिप्स:

आप चाहें तो एक साथ एक से अधिक कंपनियाँ भी सेलेक्ट कर सकते हैं।

कभी भी कंपनी बदलने के लिए ये स्टेप्स फिर से दोहरा सकते हैं।

डिफॉल्ट कंपनी स्टार्टअप पर ओपन करने के लिए Settings > Startup > Load companies on startup जा सकते हैं।
