Meet Nandini Agrawal : Nandini Agrawal’s journey from a small town in Madhya Pradesh to the global
stage is a story of extraordinary talent, perseverance, and breaking barriers. At just 19, she made history

by becoming the world’s youngest female Chartered Accountant (CA), earning a Guinness World Record
and inspiring millions across India and beyond.
Early Life and Academic Brilliance
Born on October 18, 2001, in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, Nandini’s academic journey was exceptional
from the start. She skipped two grades in school, appearing for her Class 10 board exams at just 13
and completing Class 12 by 1553. Her early academic acceleration was made possible by her parents’
recognition of her capabilities and their support in planning her education3.
The CA Journey: A Record-Breaking Feat
The Chartered Accountancy exam is considered one of India’s toughest, often requiring years of
preparation and multiple attempts. But Nandini not only cleared the exam in her first attempt,
she did so with distinction. In July 2021, at the age of 19 years, 8 months, and 18 days, she appeared
for the CA Final (New) examination and secured All India Rank (AIR) 1, scoring an impressive 614
out of 800 marks (76.75%)154. This achievement was confirmed by the India Book of Records and
later recognized by Guinness World Records as the youngest female CA in the world.
Her elder brother, Sachin Agrawal, also cleared the CA exam in the same year, securing AIR 18,
making their family’s achievement even more remarkable52.
Overcoming Challenges
Nandini’s journey was not without obstacles. Due to her young age, many companies were reluctant
to offer her an apprenticeship at 16, a mandatory part of the CA curriculum. Despite these setbacks,
her determination and focus helped her overcome age-related barriers and societal expectations.

After qualifying as a CA, Nandini’s professional journey took her to some of the world’s leading
corporate firms. She began her career as an article trainee at PwC, gaining experience in statutory
audits, group reporting, IFRS assignments, tax audits, and forensic audits. She later joined Boston
Consulting Group (BCG) as an Associate Management Consultant, where she was part of the G20
team. Currently, she works as a Private Equity Analyst.
Beyond her corporate pursuits, Nandini is a popular content creator. She shares study tips, motivational
