Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

- Acceptable specializations include Applied Electronics, Communication, Electrical Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Power Electronics, Telecommunication, Instrumentation Technology, Avionics, and related fields.

Mechanical:

- GATE qualification must be in Mechanical Engineering (Paper Code ME).
Computer Science:
- Acceptable specializations include Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Cyber Security, Software Engineering, and related fields.
- GATE qualification must be in Computer Science & Information Technology (Paper Code CS)1.

Maximum age: 28 years as on 19 May 2025 (age relaxation as per government rules).
